【摘要】:Thisstandarddescribesamethodforthemeasurementofthecaptureefficiencyofanexhaustsysteminstalledonamachine.Thismethodisbasedonatracertechniqueandmaybeoperatedinalltypesoftestenvironment(bench,roomandfield,seeENV1093-1).Thistechniqueisapplicableonlyifthetracershowsaerodynamicbehaviourcomparablewiththerealpollutant(see7.1.1).Themeasurementofthecaptureefficiencyofanexhaustsystemcanservefor:a)theevaluationoftheperformanceofanexhaustsystemofamachine;b)theevaluationoftheimprovementofanexhaustsystem;c)thecomparisonofexhaustsystemsformachinesofsimilardesign;d)therankingofexhaustsystemsaccordingtotheircaptureefficiency;e)thedeterminationoftheairflowrateofanexhaustsystemtoachieveagivenlevelofcaptureefficiency;f)thedeterminationofthestateoftheartofexhaustsystemsformachineswithrespecttothecaptureefficiency.
